MAYFAIR BY THE SEA

Mayfair By The Sea is a new development in Hong Kong by the developer Sino Land.

 

Simon Tong Associates in collaboration with Alchemy Advertising & Marketing Agency, developed the initial sales show suite to greet potential purchasers of the development apartments.

Simon was responsible for the development of the overall scheme based on the theme of the Great Gatsby which had been pitched by Alchemy to Sino. The spiral staircase and marble fireplace were imported from the UK, with the extensive artificial flower displays procured in Southern China.
