The project was part of a 6 house development overlooking the South China Sea. Each individual property had gardens surrounding the property making each extremely private and exclusive in what is, probably one of the most densely populated countries in the world.

 

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house came with lift access to all floors, including basement car park and roof top pool. The master suite occupied the entire top floor complete with sauna, gym and private health and wellness area.
