Simon whilst under contract to LRF HK, was responsible for the entire design and in some cases replanning of this extensive penthouse over looking the South China Sea.

The kitchen was fully redesigned with a Dada kitchen and all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas completely remodeled to cater for the high net worth market of Macua.

With its own pool on the top floor, games room and 4 bedrooms all with ensuites, the penthouse provided excellent living and entertaining potential.
