MANDARIN ORIENTAL RESIDENCES & APARTMENTS

Part of the new One Central mixed use waterfront development in Macau, the Mandarin Residences and Apartments project formed the top 15 floors of the new Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Comprising of simplex, duplex and triplex apartments, the residences had full access to the Mandarin Oriental facilities below.

Simon under contract to LRF HK was responsible for the design of all the apartments at a time when Mandarin Oriental were just beginning to enter the residential market. Kitchens, bathrooms and residential furniture designs along with ground floor and residential floor lift lobbies and corridors were part of the scope.
